RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We take pride in providing high-quality products/services and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations, so you are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at GreenLifeHuman Emporium.
OUR REFUND / RETURN POLICY
We offer a 10-day return policy (Canada & US only) allowing you to request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your item Please note: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on international orders (Australia, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, United Kingdom).
To be eligible for a return, the items must be returned to GreenLifeHuman Emporium in the same condition that you received, unworn, unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its manufacturer’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There is a 25% restocking fee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on any international orders (Outside of US & Canada).
REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

NO RETURN OR REFUND APPLIES:
If 10 days have passed since your purchase. We will not offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
If the condition of a returned item is inappropriate (eg, tags have been removed or signs of wear & tear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return, and we may have to send it back to you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items & Gift Cards are non-refundable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@greenlifehumanemporium.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to provide proof of the damaged product.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
